Solely responsible for the implementation of systems, network administration, web development, and help desk support.
  • Built standards-compliant intranet to enhance internal communication, and provide staff with electronic resources. Also built information technology support ticketing system, knowledgebase, and fixed asset management system.
  • Developed the organization’s website according to new brand guidelines. The site included an online donation form, virtual food drive, and online store.
  • Synchronized database for customer website seamlessly with internal third party proprietary database using ODBC and a series of SQL Server DTS packages.
  • Customized ColdFusion CFC pages for food rescue department’s web application to enhance productivity.
  • Received Quarterly Employee Recognition Award in June of 2003 and has been nominated for employee of the month 9 times.
  • Merged voice and data networks for three offices from a variety of operating systems into a single Windows domain using VOIP and T1 point to point connections. This saved the organization $200 a month and increased the efficiency of the IT department.
