Input
The input phase is one of the most important steps. Not gathering enough data can steer your project in the wrong direction which will cost you time and money. Although my customers think I am being tedious and over-analytical at first, they thank me in the end when their project turns out on-time and as they wanted. I have been throw this process so many times that I have figured out what questions to ask and when they should be asked to ensure the project is a success.

Design
Once the input has been gathered I begin the design process. Often times customers are still in the middle of developing content or figuring our their business model. This phase allows the customer time to prepare their material. In the meantime, I'm busy at work making the project look and feel as you have requested. You can have the greatest idea in the world, but if it doesn't look right or is hard to use, then it won't be a success. I take pride in making sure that the design is accessible and beautiful.

Develop
As the consultant, the development phase is the most important and also the most enjoyable. I take your vision and bring it to life. While your project is being developed I always have demos available to the customer so that they can make sure the project is on track. The demos also serve as a great testing tool.

Launch
The last and final step is the launch phase. A bulk of the work is done at this point so mostly its a matter of timing. We decide what date and time makes sense to be the most effective and have the least amount of down time. The project is also monitored to ensure that everything is going to plan. Notes are taken and customer feedback almost immediately starts the input phase again.
